Shipping Policy

Packages are shipped by UPS USPS, Ground Service,  and F.O.B. Kentucky. Upgraded methods are available, to comply with customers’ expedited needs, provided by UPS’s air service.

Carter Industries proudly ships to our Armed Forces APO/FPO customers. APO deliveries are available via US Postal Service with an additional $24.00 handling service fee.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and dimensions, in addition to geographical location and service. A 2% handling and insurance charge apply to all orders.

Any orders received Monday thru Thursday will be processed within 48 hours provided the specific sizes and color you purchased are available in stock. One to two business days should be allotted for tracking information to update.

If the Bill to and Ship to addressese are different, the customer might be requested to fill out a Credit Card Charge Authorization Form.

Return Policy

  • No Returns without our authorization
  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days after issuance with original packaging only.
  • Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first seven days of receipt.
  • A minimum of 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns and cancellations.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
